I think Quality of football and sadly the cost has impacted atmosphere. As costs increase we expect more for our money we expect to be entertained. There needs to be something from the players at least some reciprocation. Oddly the loss of experienced players who realised how special the atmosphere was has possibly had a negative impact on how the players are reacting to support. Lampard needs to come out and say how support makes a difference we need some better player songs as to be honest some are now not easy to catch on therefore never makes its way out of singers corner. We need to use some of the older tunes as a foundation and have one or two clever ones. Thinking back to the 90s when all fans sang the same songs just with players names inserted at least they were simple.
