Felt the atmosphere today was very similar to Notts county away in the play off last year. It was great and not too much negativity.
Only downside was the chav bellend who soaked the lad in the villa kit with beer. It wasn’t clever.

I’m intrigued...a Villa kit at Peterborough v Cov?

Was very good atmosphere in the ground. Not quite Notts County away but can see the similarities. Didn't stop singing throughout.

I was with the lad in the Villa Kit, it was his stag do. Before the game we had some old (ish maybe 50s) woman starting on him 3 or 4 times. She was steaming and calling him villa scum and demanding how he dare turn up to a Cov game being a villa fan! Honestly, some people.

Was class, only the 2nd half at Charlton to rival it this season. As for the Villa kit obviously a stag do or a losing bet and anyone losing their shit over it needs to have a word with themselves

Was he a Cov fan and your lot bought him a Villa kit for the game?

    That’s brilliant!

Yeah he's a city fan. The kit was 2 sizes too small too. [IMG]

Makes more sense. Can't imagine getting vexed by anything by that myself. In reality it was top banter.

    That is so excellent. PMSL.

    Atmosphere was electric!

That was our first away game this year, and tbh with all the off the field stuff and Peterborough being more than capable I wondered what we’d let ourselves in for....

Well, we had an absolutely great day, the fans uniting behind the team was great to see. Had massive grin on my face all evening!

Crazy that someone layed into the lad in the villa kit... congrats to him

How did people not see that it’s joke?

I went out in a France football shirt after England lost to them in a friendly and some eejit tried to start on me. That was humorous. Some right Neanderthals out there.
