It sounded like a different guy who read out the team.So glad JD didn't talk over we'll live and die. Thats killed any atmosphere in recent weeks for me.
Nah it was still him I think. He was on the mic all night. It sounded like a different guy who read out the team.
Watching on the tv fans created a fantastic atmosphere , so loud and passionate .There was a “sky blue song” about 15-20 mins in which was probably the loudest I’ve ever heard it. Even the West Stand jumped to their feet and joined in early.
My sister came with us last night for the first time since league 2 days. Couldn’t believe the noise (and said we spend more on fireworks now than we did on players back then)
QPR was one of the worst away support in terms of fan noise I've seen from us in recent memoryHope the away end at WBA matches that. Norwich and QPR were absolutely crap

i used the recent season ticket holders feedback survey to ask them to stop talking over the song and also to stop the PA from trying to drown out supporters chants in the run up to KO. idk if the survey has closed yet but if enough agree and submit it might get a bit of traction with the club.So glad JD didn't talk over we'll live and die. I love the Fireworks, That night against Sheff United, was the best pre game atmosphere I have ever witnessedThe fact it was on ITV and Sky Sports and we still had the support we did was amazing. Can't say I'm a fan of the fireworks, but its entertaining for the kids.
Now we are at the business end of the season. Expect home games being sold out when they become available!! Look at the end of last season! When play offs were calling, every man and their dog was turning up!
I emailed them and said that too. Hopefully it was deliberate that he didn't do it then.i used the recent season ticket holders feedback survey to ask them to stop talking over the song and also to stop the PA from trying to drown out supporters chants in the run up to KO. idk if the survey has closed yet but if enough agree and submit it might get a bit of traction with the club.
Couldn't see the pitch for a few mins! Its great entertainment for the kidsI love the Fireworks, That night against Sheff United, was the best pre game atmosphere I have ever witnessed
Absolutely spot on. It’s one of my pet hates. I said it in the survey as well.i used the recent season ticket holders feedback survey to ask them to stop talking over the song and also to stop the PA from trying to drown out supporters chants in the run up to KO. idk if the survey has closed yet but if enough agree and submit it might get a bit of traction with the club.
I dislike the fireworks. Don’t need them. The fact it was on ITV and Sky Sports and we still had the support we did was amazing. Can't say I'm a fan of the fireworks, but its entertaining for the kids.

It’s an entertainment business.I dislike the fireworks. Don’t need them.
Why would tourists come and watch us?I keep hearing about one of the best noises at CBS but it must make a massive difference as to where you sit. We were having a rare venture last night into block 9. Right by the away fans you are hearing them a lot more plus I have to say….there were a lot of tourist types around us who didn’t sing and were up and down to the concourse way too much. Whereas our STs last year were in 17 and it got very noisy in there
Was something else IMO. It felt like a proper 'big' game and our fans didn't disappoint. A proper atmosphere which hasn't been heard in a while and I go as far to say as one of the best since we returned to the CBS.
Also, I get we wont do the fireworks and flame thingy's every game but it got everyone in the mood - Did anyone notice they switched up the pre game music aswell? I thought it all made it better. More of a siege mentality thing.
Yeah I hate fireworks generally but it really adds to the atmosphereI love the Fireworks, That night against Sheff United, was the best pre game atmosphere I have ever witnessed
