Just think of all those City fans (or should I say EX City fans) who will see that advert and now be walking zombie-like to Villa Park.

Damn Aston Villa and their evil brainwashing schemes.

I believe in supporting your local team. They are (now) the top local team.

Cannot complain about them making the most of the opportunity that SISU have left for them.

SISU should be doing the same in Northamptonshire and even Bedfordshire to attract supporters.

Do you want to watch premiership football 25 miles away or league one 35 miles away. Good marketing. If we stay away the next generation of fans in the city won't be coventry ones.

Real football fans do not change their allegiance ffs! Real football fans would no more likely swap clubs as they would sell their offspring.

It is perfectly reasonable to understand a City fan supporting a 'pheonix club' if SISU continue with this nonsense over a period of time but no City fan will start supporting Aston Villa, or anybody else.

The true danger is 'new or potential' fans that previously may have ended up at the Ricoh due to Coventry being their local team are much more likely to go to Villa Park than Shitfields.

who says you have to support them to go see a match there anyway? Could go as a neutral just to see a good football match, don't see the problem with it to be fair
