ARVO company (1 Viewer)

If this ARVO company was set up last March, is this at the same time SISU began to stop paying rent to ACL? If so, the recent events must been a long term aim (wrong word I know!) that was decided over a year ago! Surely all the events of the recent weeks they have been anticipating, apart from the council funding ACL to prevent it from going bust instead (that was obviously the initial plan for SISU to get their hands on the arena), but plan B/C/D or whichever one it is must have been what's happened in the last 24 hours. Sorry if this has already been posted - I'm just a bit slow and confused at the moment.

The problem they now face is if the administrator decides they have not minimized the creditors losses (and that would include AVRO and ACL) the directors could face further action. Problem is I think the only 2 directors left are Fisher and Labovitch. Hence their desperation to appoint an administrator of their choice not the court or ACL.
