Perhaps it's just me, but each time with the afore-mentioned ex City Managers, I liked both of them and thought that they were the answer to our prayers........I know, so I was probably wrong on both counts......so sue me! I can't help feeling that given the time & resources (maybe I should underline that) either one could have been successful . None of us can perform well when our hands are tied. Maybe our next manager should be a qualified escapologist ???
