Have to say you have made a very pertinent point there, Jan. We simply don't have strong enough characters with enough mental strength out there on the pitch to emulate the Crazy Gang period. Too many players go missing (chief culprits; Bell, Sheff and Baker).
Ohh what we would give to have a Dennis Wise type character out there kicking a few backsides ..... and I'm not just talking about the opposition.
Not enough leaders out there on the field and not nearly enough passion and desire.
To be honest, I'm not sure they even deserve to live. I gave them -500 each. They are both a disgrace. And, don't quote me on this, but apparently they were both seen on a certain grassy knoll on November 22 1963. Say no more. Disgrace!
