On general sale today. At the moment only block 116 tickets are available. I assume the other top tier blocks will be available to us soon?

As a ST holder I've been able to buy them for a couple of weeks but I'm holding out for upper tier right behind the goal... we are definitely going to get them aren't we?!

I've gone for block 116 halfway line side. I prefer to sit at the side instead of the end.

Gonna drive down to the end of the M1 park at Brent Cross and then get the tube into the ground. Should be quicker than the coach?

Where would you recommend I park PVA?

Don't wanna be hit by the congestion charge, but want to get home as quick as possible.

I'd park at Cockfosters. That is at the end of the correct tube line. Should be a straight in straight out thing then.

Is that online? Usually they only allocate a set amount for online sales and the rest will be for phone and ticket office so the block you want might not be selling online and you may need to buy over the phone or in the ticket office instead

As it's at the end of the line it's a substantial size car park. I use it every time I go to London and have never not been able to park there.

M1... M25 clockwise and get off at the junction for Potters Bar (A111 i think?) anyway turn right at that junction.

Check out the houses along the road into Cockfosters. ££££££££££

I've justified it by thinking it will be at least two seasons before I have to pay it again!

About the only problems with the Cockfosters/Piccadilly line route is that:
1.I think the Arsenal tube station is at the opposite end to where our seats will be. Can get very congested after the game and a bit of a wait queuing for the tube.
2. Cockfosters tube station car park can get very full midweek until the commuters have gone home. I think it is about £4.50 to park for the day, not sure if any reduction for evenings.

Holloway Road tube is nearer our end but it is sometimes closed on a match day because it can't handle crowds - it uses lifts rather than escalators. May not be a problem next Wednesday .
Another alternative is Highbury & Islington on the Victoria line - about 5/10 mins from our end of the ground. From Cockfosters you could change at Finsbury Park and it is just 1 stop on the Victoria line. H&I tube station tends to be a lot less busy than Arsenal.

Chiltern Railways. We are getting the 14.08 from Warwick to Leam. Then the 14:21 from Leam to Marylebone.

When the club said that I smelt bullshit...
I was wrong:

They're only going to see the City though.

I couldn't get two together so either they're going to extortionate lengths to bullshit or we've actually sold a lot! Shows how good our support could be if we had a successful (or even half successful side!)

Really? We'd only sold about 4500 this morning before general sale?

I was thinking I would have 2 hours to drive down and then it must only be like 20 minutes on the tube? At the ground for about 7.15 to 7.30?

I would park at East Finchley, am pretty certain there is a reasonably priced car park right next to the station as well.

I would leave a bit earlier as well if I was you.
