Less than that I'd imagine.

Closest comparison I can find was Leeds in the 3rd round a couple of years ago. Adults were £35

I imagine prices may be slightly higher for your biggest rivals than a little league 1 team. Look at Blackburn from last season? Allocation should be better too, 15% for the cup isn't it? Spurs got short changed on that for 'security' reasons.

Wait until Sisu put their margin on. A normal Arsenal Premiership game generates £3.5m per match based on a 60,000 attendance. Let's assume for the FA Cup its £2.5m less match day costs (yes these are costs that are real) then Cov get 45% of the net balance, not a bad pay day

Does this mean we can afford to keep our better players then?

It will be 15-20 quid. It was £12 in the league cup last season and didn't we pay £15 at Spurs?

You have just made that up I think. Tickets start at £25 for category C games and £35 for category B. Your figures assumes the average is £58 a ticket, so I guess no children or OAPs ever attend games at the Emirates (if they did ticket prices start at £10). You have to remember that the prices include VAT so you have to deduct 20% before you start divvying up gate receipts.

I know ST prices are very expensive there but they get 7 credits for cup games so it is a 26 game season ticket in effect. Don't know how the credit system will effect prices for our game but they can use them for FA Cup games. A decent pay day for us, but probably not nearly as big as people think.

I think we will be looking at a 8000 allocation. The clubs decide the cost between them, as away team get 45% of the gate receipt.. Will also get extra if on television. If tickets are 20 quid each we would be looking at 450k minimum just from tickets

To get that you'd be looking at a full house paying an average of £37 per ticket. Think it will be more like 400-500K.

£37 sounds roughly the average price I anticipate through all ranges

If it is CAT C no way the average price will be that, even if no children watched the game:

It will be a Cat 'B' game. All FA cup matches at Arsenal are (except when playing a 'big' club like yesterday) 'B'.Arsenal won't let FA cup games go to 'C'.Something to do with a perceived unfairness to season ticket holders I seem to remember. There was some controversy when we played Huddersfield in the cup a couple of seasons back because it was 'B' and not 'C'.It is out of order imo but there you go.Also Florence 1898 is right Arsenal do make between 3 and 3 and a half million on an average Premier League matchday.
