How does this work ?Do Arsenal give a percentage of the ST take to the opposition where the tie is included on the ST.

£26 sounds like a bargain... if that ends up being the average ticket cost (given some will be sold for more) then still a possible 600-700k payday... maybe TV revenue on top...

Would be nicer if that is the ceiling price and there were a cheaper option ,however i doubt it , Would be good for the black scarf group @ Arsenal could go along like they did in the LC game as they could afford to @ a Tenner.

Cost me £12 last season , and yes i know it was the LC but ffs this is only the 4th round. Very few 4th round games ever hit average crowds these days anyway.

Good news Paul the admin (Paul Appleton) as he will be able to use his season ticket as he is a lifelong Arsenal season ticket holder.

He will be able to watch the game with Joy.

Suprised SISU haven't pushed for Cat B.

Why would they do that.

Coventry Ticket Prices have been reasonable including JPT area final at £5, why did they not increase that if you think they just want to rob you.
You been reading too much on this forum and started to believe the rubbish.

Maybe they didn't increase the price for JPT because they don't have a clue about running a football business.

So now your critisising them for lowering prices?? There's plenty of reasons to dislike our owners, but comments like that start to show a losing argument.

I suppose it's not a bad price. It could have be A-LOT more.

Actually the criticism is that I don't believe they are good at running a football business. I'm happy to read any examples to the contrary.

Neither do I, but I'm not gonna have a pop at them for lowering ticket prices.

There's a long list of shit of their own making, starting from the day they took over doing a deal with the previous clowns. I've never been able to understand why they didn't let us go into administration and pick it up from there.

I think the reason they didn't do that is because they are fucking clueless on how to run a football club (and still don't). Think they just saw a big potential goldmine with the Ricoh and money from Sky and thought they would get millions. After spending millions, they still have no clue because why else would they be trying to alienate the vast majority of their customers. If they actually knew what they were doing, we would not still be playing at Sixfields. This shows complete contempt for us and that they are purely in it for the money.

Because they wanted the club to have huge debts on the books to protect themselves from a hostile takeover. They actually paid about £8M to satisfy some of the outstanding debts (mostly tax I think) but they also kept about £35M debt on the books, even though GR had written it off, that debt is still on the books but there is no need to pay it back to anyone and I'm dead certain it will never be paid back to GR!

Distressed debt, doncha love it, hedge funds certainly do!

What would happen should GR pop his cloggs ,not that I'm advocating it ,but the old Boy is getting on.
