I said I’d be back and I am.

Good luck next week, the step up to League 1 was always going to take a bit of time to adjust to but hopefully Saturday is that day you take the division by storm and batter Argyle senseless.

They will bring a few fans, have no songs other than the Arrrrgyuuuul dirge (like the Albion chant from Brighton and Burton) and their bench will act the c**t all game.

Please win.

Met a couple of Plymouth fans last week at Nuneaton station after they had come back from Walsall and us the Ricoh, nice chaps to be fair who now live in Galley Common and were asking about pubs in CV6.

There manager was sent off on Saturday
Will have to watch the game from the stands
He is a bit of a "Steve Evans type"

Have heard Mr Evans called many things but those do not quite spring to mind. :emoji_thinking:

Didn't realise that was an actual sending off as opposed to just sent to stands...

Missed that rule that managers can now get cards and bans in the same way as players.

Appreciate it probably doesn't make much difference but will this mean an influx in "bookings" for managers which could lead to bans...Good luck Evans!

I'm more worried about Lamerias running rings round us.

I know a lot of people didn't like him, but on his day he was a class act.

Got roasted by his manager after first game of the season for being shite.

Is it wrong that my first thought was how smug as fuck Grendel would be seeing that on BBC Sport

As I understand it he got roasted because the manager recognises his talent and expects better...not because he was rubbish. He's a talent alright and we should never have got rid of him. Also he's put on a few pounds so no easy push over anymore!

It would appear that we weren’t totally convincing, but we’re off the mark, and we’ll take it! Shame you let in a late one, but the league table is looking good!
