Aren't artificial pitches banned in league 1 (1 Viewer)

Not sure if mentioned elsewhere, but I thought that league 1 had just voted against artificial pitches. If so, then wont Cov not be allowed to play at the Ricoh if Wasps go ahead with this?

Last thing Sky Blues need is another needless penalty imposed!
