The academy is massive and I am guessing is one of the few things that SISU would see as a saleable asset if they try to sell in order to get some of their debts clear.
However with two years left at the Ricoh and no viable plan for how we get past that.
Unfortunately that is the Priority.
We need to know where this second sure is and where we are with acquiring the land. If that is the direction we are going.
Actually we need a direction first to be fair.
