Why cant they tell they arent wanted here? Why are they staying? Their reputation is being shredded, they're losing more and more money everyday, the fans hate them and want them out, what do they have to gain out of this? They are just bringing debt to them, misery to the fans and putting off customers, so why in the blue hell are they planing to avoid admin, which would benefit all parties. We get a chance to move on from this hell, they get a chance to rebuild their reputation, ACL get the money they deserve, lovely jubley. So why are SISU doing this to us?

Maybe because it doesn't benefit sisu or the club?

Yes it does. Our debts are wiped away, SISU are forced out, they dont have to worry about a club thats hemeraging money everyday and we finally get the owners we deserve who actually give a shit about the club

Shitsu don't care about us at all. They are only in this to make money for their investors which they have failed at..regardless of what the fans want they will do whats best for themselves

Tim Fisher has to be seen doing all that he can to prevent CCFC going into administration/liquidation else he could get struck off from being a Director of any company in future, Administration is the last resort and should not be used lightly

Yeah, right on. And the next lot of owners will be doing it for the love of the club and the fans, not to make money for their investors.

Your sarcasm knows no bounds does it Torchy?
Consider this.....The next owners, just might, recognise, that if the football team actually do well, ie- Bring in good playing staff, and climb up to the Championship, and even manage to get back to the Premiership, which in turn makes them "A shed load " of cash. I will be one of those supporters that give 100% backing to them, and wouldn't begrudge them a penny of "Well deserved" profit.
Can SISU...After 6 years, say they deserve the fans backing? I don't think so!

You don't know that Wolfie!
What would you say if ACL offer new owners their share of the Ricoh, for a "Bag of Chips" and 10 Woodbine?

Im concerned that the more money we get as we climb the leagues the more ACL will want from us. not sure what our "agreement" is with them at the moment. is it a fixed rent and a percentage of the match day takens? if it is we need to get ACL out the way probably more than sisu. as new owners will have the same problem. all i know its making my head hurt and i dont know who to blame. just wish they would all fcuk off so we can start again........

@ Wolfie...

You seem to be taking the route of "Renting".....I'm taking the route of new owners "Buying" Once ACL shares have been "Bought" then ACL no longer have a say!

I think it would be highly unlikely that someone else would be as bad at business as SISU. They surely would renegotiate with ACL first for a mutually acceptable deal.

This will be an ACL who are desperate for people they can actually work with. I think it would be the perfect chance for new owners to get a good deal agreed.

Surely everyone can see that if new owners were considering it then that is what would happen.

The only other thing they would do would be to buy out ACL.

No disrespect Mattylad.....Does anybody on these forums actually read and digest what others are saying...My answer to you is the same one I gave to Wolfie, and Grenduffy..
If new owners BUY Acl's share of the Ricoh, they automatically get rights on F+B because ACL will have sold all rights. Does that explain things?

Not sure if SISU are blind but they have certainly proven to be extremely short sighted......
