I fucking hate shit like that. Cant help but shout "yeah no fucking worries ya rude c**t" to them.
Was in Aldi the other week looking at bits on the shelf. I wasnt stood directly on the shelving (was a gap between me and the products) but I was quite clearly perusing the different products, when a woman working/stocking up shelves pushed in between me and the shelves without even a "can I get in there please?". Couldn't help myself and said "ill move then shall I you fat c**t!" She wasnt happy but I dont think arguing with me was worth losing her job so she said nothing. And hopefully will think twice next time she tries shoving a customer out of the way so she can do her job that couldve waited 30seconds till the customer had moved along!
Proper pissed me off it did. To the point that I almost fucked them off and went to Lidl instead

Honestly mate, im very polite. I'll hold a door for anyone. I'll hold a lift if I see someone running for it. I'm very courteous. ALWAYS use my p's and q's. Won't push in at a bar queue, if someone was there clearly before me ill pass the bar staff to them first. I'm proper old school (im 40 so not old, just old school) Ill help the old lady struggling in a supermarket. If I can help somebody, I will. But when people are rude to me, and dont give the same basic, and it is basic, manners in return, ill let them fucking know about it! I cant stand bullies, I cant stand rude people, and I cant stand when people mistake my politeness for weakness.

When theyre rude, ignorant, and completely stuck in a main character mode, yes. 100%. Exactly like i said, I wont stand on ceremony for rude people. Ill only ever be rude in return to somebody else's rudeness. Ill never be rude to a stranger for no reason. Im also stubborn as a mule. So once somebody has been rude to me once, they'll not get the opportunity a second time

That’s the worrying part. The ‘I’ll make something up or make something far worse than it was to fuck you over’ attitude is alive and strong. It’s sadly part of many people’s nature. I’ve had it a few times in the job I’ve been doing for the last 3 years.

People can be so rude!
My wife was really upset when she came back from work today. She works at a local supermarket and when she went to fill shelves there was a strange man standing in front of the ladies underwear section. As my wife is deaf and dumb she motioned to fill the shelf. She noticed that the man seemed engrossed with the photo of the young lady on the 5 pairs for £8 briefs pack. He had his hand in his pocket and seemed very agitated. As she got closer she thought he might be in some distress as he was gasping for breath.
My wife can lip read, but freely admits she's not very good at it.
The man looked at her and said, (or so she thought) "Can I see your fat c**t"
Well you can imagine the state she was in.
I asked why she didn't report it to her manager and she said he was wearing a City scarf so couldn't be all bad.

People who are walking and then decide to just stop, so you almost walk into the back of them. Absolutely no consideration for anyone around them.

also a year or two ago I went to watch my daughter in an outdoors concert in Solihull - I was sat on a pub bench type table watching, and this woman stands up to start filming her kid, looked around at me and saw she was right in front blocking my view, and just fucking stayed there. I couldn’t believe it. I moved in the end.
As long as she could see…..

When people just barge past or into you without saying excuse me, even at supermarkets and stuff.
My Mrs now says to them “sorry was I in your way”

Sort of related but in the final minutes of the game last Saturday, two people in the row in front decide they want to leave with the game finely poised at 1-0, right in my way and just taking their sweet time to say goodbye to everyone on their way out. Why can't you wait another minute or two till full time?!

Heart rate monitor in the steering wheel or you have to link your fitbit to the car.

If your bpm hit a certain level the car automatically starts playing Enya.

In general it does feel like people are less considerate and polite, but I also think that might be me getting older.

But we are promoting a society that promotes people to be self absorbed (which has only got worse with the likes of social media, reality tv and 'influencers') and selfish when it comes to material things like money and possessions. We've got a world where Trump has a massive following and media coverage and then wonder why people are acting like selfish c****.

I was over in London for a few days this week and noticed that a lot of younger people, including bar staff, don't seem to understand pub etiquette.

In response to the OP, yes 100%. People seem to constantly be in a rush, I don’t get it. Complete disregard for anyone/anything else. It’s also an awareness thing, people seem oblivious to the fact others are around them and just cut across you (whether in car or on foot) or just stop suddenly.

Maybe I just hold people to a higher standard than I should.

Yep too many manners in there. I've even seen queuing. A good bartender knows who is next.

My usual tactic is to force my way to the front, point at the guy next to me and get him served. He's thankful and then I'm in next

It seems to be the first day on Earth for most of the people using airports. The best thing about the renovation at BHX was everyone missing their flights.

That's my tactic as well Rob, I try mainly to do it if there is a lady waiting as the bar staff then seem to think I'm a gent lol
Another one for me is people walking in the street concentrating on their phone and not even looking where they are going, I used to move out of the way to make sure they didn't get bumped, but now I just walk straight on where I was going and if I bump into them then tough shit

I still can't get over people paying £13 each to go to the cinema to just chat through the whole film.

The wife and I went to see Elton John's farewell tour in Liverpool. £100 a ticket to see one of the greatest living singer-songwriters for the final time, the people behind us didn't stop talking throughout the entire show and kept leaving to go get more drinks!

Treating Elton fucking John like the corner pianist in a cocktail bar, if you want to catch up with background music you're in fucking Liverpool, go to a pub!!

People in general are getting worse. No manners , common sense, special awareness , consideration for others etc

Young generation on the whole , self entitled, arrogant little shits who have clearly never been disciplined and told to just shut the fuck up, no sense of right and wrong.

Old generation on the whole, tight as ducks arse, moan about how expensive EVERYTHING is, pleading poverty while sitting on their mound of gold. Want everything 5 star but only want to pay 2 star prices, generally just plain rude with no patience

The rest of us in between , generally just angry at the youth and the pensioners and taking it out on each other.

Staying inside now generally feels like the happier and safer option than being outside amongst large groups of mostly fucking arseholes.

Of course, their are exceptions to all of the above, but on the whole, people are just fucking wankers these days

Old c*nt i may be, but i think a lot of it lies at the door of social media, where every man and his dog think they have the right to voice their opinion in public as well as in their shitty little bedroom.
The watchword about your online presence was "don't type anything that you wouldn't be happy to say to someone's face" - it has now transformed into "say exactly IRL what you typed in your wanky little online forum"!
