Nick, i cant get my head around why you seem more annoyed by PR and the CT than what our owners have yet again done today ?

"The club remain committed to working with ACL / Wasps"

(apart from looking to make them pay £30m obviously).

At a time when we need all connected to CCFC to pull together and try and get the club moving in the right direction, this mess continues.

If you buy an apple it becomes you as when you own something you become the same thing. If you then eat that Apple you are eating yourself and no longer exist. I'm glad the big thinkers are here to bring up the big existential issues.

Nothing has changed. We still play Cambridge tomorrow, the club needs our support to survive more than ever before and we still have shit owners.
Why the fuck is anyone shocked by this latest announcement? it is like you would be surprised to find out you need air to breathe.

Of course it has. todays announcement has meant we will get every closer to the end of the season, with our owners claiming our landlords should pay £30m

I honestly believed that the right to appeal would be rejected and sisu would start to put the wheels in motion for their exit from the club, I think that's what Joy and co expected to happen as well - can't believe this hit is going to drag on and on, genuinely shocked and gutted by the appeal court decision.

Leaving aside the Sisu are or are not the same as ccfc argument........

Otium t/a Coventry city football club are named on the court documents are they not?

Otium are shown at companies house as owning the EFL golden share not Ccfc.....

So that makes it that the club are also appealing the judgement doesn't it? Not just the owners Sisu who are not actually named on the court documents at all.

That logically means otium will be seeking damages from wasps our landlords doesn't it? Great way create a positive relationship that

Ccfc. Is a trading name not a legal entity and I don't see how you separate Ccfc from otium

Shitting hell, isn't there some point in the legal process where you run out of appeals and just get told to fuck off and leave the courts alone? Works well in tennis.

The irony in this post is intentional, yes?

Just thought I'd missed something, no need to go on the defensive.

It's very likely the appeal will be turned down, but I think it would be great if it was upheld on appeal. Why would anyone want CCFC to lose? Why would any City supporter want Wasps and the council to win?

Why would any CCFC supporter want the legal action to continue?
We have been told by numerous judges it is a waste of time.
Most of us knew that before the first one even started. However now it has been confirmed.
It causes CCFC no end of damage and harm for absolutely no benefit.
If it carries on we get damaged worse.
If it stops there is a small chance relationships may get rebuilt that we desperately need.
So the real question is and always has been why would anybody who cares about CCFC want the legal action to continue?

The courts always eventually cut through all the smoke screens and get it down to this....

You took actions to lower the value a business in order to get it cheaper. The unhappy owners of that business then decided to sell to someone else. That isn't something you can sue them or the other buyers for.

What have CCFC got to gain from it all even if SISU get anything from it? And there is more chance of winning the lottery than SISU winning a JR.

All SISU are any good at is battering people with court. Not in court though. If they had a decent case they wouldn't need an appeal. This is only an appeal to try and get a court hearing for a JR. They are trying to say that a stadium without a club is worth as much as a stadium with two clubs. We all know this is untrue.

What we need is an end to all this legal crap. It isn't about Wasps or CCC winning. They will stick around until there is no chance of getting a massive amount of money. They won't put anything into building us a stadium. Nobody trusts them. And rightly so.

What are you on about..I post on here when I am trying to find things out re CCFC. As soon as anybody questions something you have posted you seem to either infer they are here for some other reason or they are wanting a personal argument with you. You claimed to believe that something has been happening for some time in the background and then when this news broke claimed that this must have been the reason, I questioned how this could be the case ..that is all a simple question of how do you collate the 2 things ? If you do not believe thee has been a leak then the 2 things cannot be connected

Nobody wants CCFC to lose a football match. This isn't the same though.

If the legal action meant that SISU would go, CCFC would get a nice stadium of it's own and loads of cash if they won I am sure people may think it would be good if the legal action was "won". That's not going to happen.

It will be the same as usual, thrown out.

No, it is only certain accounts.

There are people on here who disagree with me all day I've never mentioned it about.

Yes, I have been saying for a couple of weeks something is going on for various reasons.

What do you mean a leak? People would have known for a bit before it's come out.
