Didn't that Loza fella go back to train with them while he was here?

Yes Loza went and played in Norwich's youth team whilst he was still with us. It was a midweek game when we weren't playing so didn't affect us, I remember because a few people though at the time he had been recalled.

Delfouneso could be back?

Pressley has also said they could rush Wilson back in for the weekend but it wasn't something they were considering

It's all OK as Pressley may have a big dilemna in a few weeks if some injuries heal, no one else randomly decides to feck off and QPR don't invoke their "recall for special party tea" clause on Petrasso

now the transfer window is closed, Harry Redknapp no longer needs to drive his own car and hang out the window on sky sports, so I beleive they will recall Petrasso so he can drive Harry into work

we started the season with 3 strikers clarke & wilson tore the league apart, one we sold the other is a long term injury, manset despite scoring - SP didn't fancy and got rid, Dagnall arrived on loan scored a goal lots of effort preferred orient and left, denzil the slag ran around a bit but never looked like being able to trap a ball never mind score - he's gone, Jordan Clarke drafted in as a striker no comment, 16 year old a great prospect didn't score, Fonz arrived hasn't scored nor come close but has now got injured but at least he stayed unlike Rory who did a lord lucan but 2 more strikers fresh from sixth form have arrived to save the day one is really a wide player and the other has been and most likely will continue to be recalled by Arsenal. An utter shambles.

is there a limit to the amount of loans you are allowed in one season ?

Maybe if we got rid of Waggot to save his wages or reduced the spend on his mobile phone and actually offered market rates instead of getting the cheapest deal, the squad building is a mess impacting on a lack of continuity in the team.

Waggott and sisu don't give a toss. No striker again Saturday. Poor sp must be tempted to get a job with a future

What a useless deal to have struck ... we are a joke ... by the summer, when we lose Murphy, Moussa and Christie, we will have what, Baker and Fleck left of any quality on a contract and then a host of on loanees in a useless pig sty called sixfields, we are soon to be moving to oblivion ... and the fact we can't convince Arsenal to let a player come for a season and not be recalled for a two bit under 18's tournament says it all !

It is definitely frustrating for us, but people blaming sisu? lol calm yourself.

It is just a condition put in to the agreement, nothing new or unordinary same as if they said he can't play in cup games. At the end of the day he is their player, and they can put whatever conditions they want in to the agreement. SP would have known that he would be recalled for this game before he came so its not a shock horror surprise.

To be fair even the Arsenal fans think its a weird deal. Not something they've asked for before.

Very strange, but maybe they wouldn't let him go at all (or he wanted to keep playing and win a tournament) and this got us him for a bit.

You don't think perhaps that SISU's under funding, chaotic management style ... eg clueless and decisions of late, eg Sixfields, have all aided the lack of funds we now have and hence we don't buy anymore, we loan ... and there in lies the problem of losing players back to THEIR clubs, as you quite rightly point out ... but is some of this SISU, IMO ... YEP it is !

Chilllllll people. I hate SISU as much as the next guy but this is hardly their fault.

Would prefer Pressley to be getting in young hungry loan players (okay okay don't throw Donnelly at me) than waste what little funds we have on someone he doesn't really want and doesnt see for the future. So I'm happy for him to begrudgingly use the loan market...
Rory fucked off back home for whatever reason, and Fonz picked up an injury pretty quickly.
For all we know Pressley (or Waggott or whoever deals with it) really wanted Akpom, Arsenal said no because they want him to continue developing there - and in particular they wanted him involved in the Youth cups that they are doing so well in. Pressley/Waggott said well what if you can call him back for them if you really need him....?

Quite a logical negotiation I'd say - better than not having him at all.

Chill Winstonnnn!

............. I'm sorry but what?!?!

Loan deals have their pros and cons, just like buying does! This is Waggot and SP's deal not sisu!

Well they obviously wanted to keep him for something. 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing.

Not sure that post is common sense our predicament of lacking a striker has everything to do with SISU as they set the budget as to what Waggot can go and get, Wolves won't be short of striking options this weekend had they relocated to Telford then possibly.

That's what I'm saying.

The question is 50% of Chuba better than 100% of the next option, and without knowing who that was, if anyone we can't answer that.

We are just having breakfast in Albert Dock in Liverpool, they have a massive big wheel here, it looks great and just starting up with first passengers, the sky is blue and you get a warm feel about away weekends.
Who are the only people on the big wheel as we look up , Two City Fans, shirts on, times like this I feel proud.

So the question is whether a semi-Chuba is better than no Chuba at all ?
