Apart from CCFC, what else do SISU currently "invest" in ? Is it like an ISA ? (1 Viewer)

I know absolutely nothing about SISU other than their involvement with our beloved club (thanks for saving us, btw)

Does anyone know what they currently (over the period of owning our club) own / invest in/ ruin ? or is it all top secret .
What I'm trying to ascertain is this : is throwing millions of pounds at Coventry City FC (and thanks again for saving us) actually having any detrimental effect on the "business" of SISU , or is it a tiny part of their operation ?

If I have an ISA (or a Pep as they used to be) then I get an annual report which shows the breakdown of my investment Isa - 12% Amalgamated Chocolate, 7.5% Bovis Developments, 28% Lloyds etc etc blah blah

Is CCFC a large part of their investment, or a mere 0.005% which matters little in the grand scheme of their activities.

If I'm the only one without a clue, I apologise.

Didn't they have something to do with Little Chef at one point?

Pretty sure they've invested a shed load in a law firm although they're yet to see a return.

...is chucking money at our club , or on court fees, actually sustainable for them in the long run. How much of a financial burden is CCFC to them in the context of whatever they do ?

I suppose it all depends on who is lending them the money. I would wager that, in terms of the balance sheets, it is CCFC that is paying for the court cases, not sisu.

And, has SISU ever won a CCFC related court case? Can't think of anything but could be wrong. I know there's been plenty of litigation, I just wondered what the hit rate is.

What did SISU exactly save us from
administration - well they delayed it by a few years
relegation - see above

Hereford Utd have gone bust recently but it is extremely rare, totally convinced that we would have survived administration back in 2007. Don't feel that they have saved us rather the opposite we are in greater danger of extinction after 7 years of their ownership then we were previously - no thanks from me to SISU.

To be fair Stu no one else would ever be crazy enough to buy ACL and yet they did.
There would always be someone else.

I'm pretty sure they are a part of an inpenetrable morass of interlinked international companies and subsidiaries which is impossible to unravel. And it is designed that way so no-one can figure out who owns or owes what and what is going on. And whatever you think you know, its probably wrong. They may not even know themselves.

The whole point of a hedge fund is to offer an investment vehicle to wealthy individuals and institutions who, for one reason or another, would prefer to remain anonymous. So you can forget trying to get any information on their investors or investments. If that information were publically available other people on here like OSB or me would have already posted it.
