CCFC 1 - 3 Wolves.

I love tradition in football...not many left these days......but going in to the last game of the season under threat of relegation at least keeps one of our traditions alive.

I can also see a wee bit of trouble for the police & stewards as the yams descend en masse & ticketless to sixfields.

....that'll make over 100 points for wolves....well done them....not that many teams achieve such a feat...

Are we as good as we think? Even without the 10 point deduction, we are 39 points behind Wolves!! :-(

Cov 0 - 3 Wolves I don't think there is much fight or quality in us at the moment.

Well tomorrow Is the dreaded day.

Grandson " Josh", due to do the Matchday Mascot duties ,what a Cauldron !!.

Going to have a couple of drinks beforehand ,I did'nt realise they'd been able to charge £18 a ticket this season.

good luck wingy.....hope your grandson enjoys the day....I guess the place will be full (ish) so at least he gets to be mascot at a game with some atmosphere.....

Hopefully the "hillers" will give the mascots a big cheer....or in some cases....a whistle...

I can't see us scoring and so its how many Wolves get. I'll go for 5.

Party atmosphere for them with most the crowd Wolves fans all enjoying our final humiliation at our 'Home'.

Nice to see that Leon will likely be on the bench for them. I'm trying to stay positive and am hoping for a City victory and a score that makes us look as good as we did in the first half of the season.

0-3 and Wolves fans outnumbering the super fans by 2:1.

What a fucking shocking state of affairs.

Can we get decent odds on Wilson doing the same for us?

Maybe but I expect the service he will get from his team might tip the balance in his favour.

If the Wolves fans show their colours anywhere other than the away end , will they be politely asked to leave by the stewards I wonder?

Hope he enjoys his day Wingy. My niece and nephew did it for the Shrewsbury game (gave me a reason to attend ) and loved it. Sure he will too.

Been to three league games since Christmas at Wolves (Friends season ticket) plus seen him on TV once or twice.
He's very good, but Wilson is the better player, especially considering the team he plays with.

Have they just been allocated the usual away end or have they got that stand opposite the main stand that's usually closed as well? Would make sense to let them have that to avoid problems.

Tough one to call tbh

Dicko has 17 goals in 22 league games (19 starts and 3 subs off the bench) for Wolves and Rotherham combined

Wilson has 21 in 35 games all starts

Either way, both are too good for this league

Not yet IMO, Wilson needs another season at least at league 1 level.

Dicko is more polished whereas Wilson is a very raw talent. I think Wilson can be the better player of the two though.

yep, tough call. just had a look at their conversion rate:

Dicko 17 goals 57 shots - 3.35 shots per goal
Wilson 21 goals 108 shots - 5.14 shots per goal

Agents/scouts take note, Wilson needs more time with us to develop!!!!

I hope not. What a wonderful image that would make - a stadium full of gold shirts on every side.
