Insanity is tough I still have mine, but due to the issues with my knee its remain boxed at the moment.

Yeah, I've done it, well 10 days of it, before I picked up an injury. You feel like a right twat jumping around the living room. When I put the first video on, after 10 minutes I was soaking wet with sweat and panting, he turns round and claims that's the warm up. I almost felt like crying.
