administration- season effectively over (debatable), but 10 points deduction wouldnt arguebly be too detrimental
It would have to signal the end for SISU, they would not stay after admin. doubt they would have expected such pressure on them to be removed/ pay up for the Ricoh.
it would surely signal new owners as a club our size just would not go out of business..... theres always been the arguement that 'noone has ever been there apart from sisu.' i still think if time was running out, someone would be there...

Yes, I hope there will be someone there. It is highly unlikely that we will go out of business.

I was told you couldn't sit as a director of any company for 5 years if a company you were a director of went into admin??

No idea tbh, in one way I'm glad that things have been brought to a head so things can get sorted but on the other very worried that liquidation will still happen as I cannot see SISU being very obliging when it comes to agreeing to the potential sale of club and/or financial agreements with the administrators as surely they will have some say as the major creditor.

Sort of, had to start again from the bottom though. I'm sure they thought a team of their size was untouchable aswell

Briliant news

SISU -- ACL has got you by the balls ! Now you can't liquidate the club whilst the ACL application is being considered by the High Court. If Admin is granted it's bye bye SISU (yes please) and the Adminstrators will run the club whilst inviting offers from others.
Yep, a 10 point reduction, but at least next Season we could possibly have new owners and start afresh with renewed optimism.
Could anyone honestly say SISU would act any differently if we were promoted to the Championship ? I don't think so.

problem with that is it's very tight to the deadline for getting the 10 points taken off this season. deadline is March 28th and it could be weeks before this actually comes to court. Other danger is administrator looks and says there's no way this can ever be a viable business and liquidates. An administrator won't keep us in admin for months if there's no viable business / potential buyer.
