Been trying both 02476 numbers for an hour just ringing on to answer machine or ringing off.. anyone having same problem?

took me 30 mins to get through earlier. that was around 1pm

its all very shoddy, lets hope next year its better as they can plan for the ricoh

I got straight through at 3pm.

They did warn me to get to the window at the Ricoh early as they're expecting big queues for pick ups.

I phoned all morning and kept going to a voice mail, went over to ticket office after work and then was told only senior season tickets qualified for a free ticket, I couldn't get a junior ticket on my sons junior season ticket, not made very clear by the club on this offer.
