Does anyone recognise this player? we only played in the Elliot sponsored kit for one season as far as I know.
The programme is dated Sunday feb 4th 1986 v Brum. ( it ended up 4 all )

11v11 gives the team for that match and this guy pictured is none of them!

Unbelievably this guy left us after only 5 appearances in 1985/86 season and a week before we won the 1987 cup final was a in the Dundee Utd team that narrowly lost the UEFA cup final against Gothenburg!

He then spent 10 years at Dundee winning 10
Scottish caps and a Scottish cup final. He last played a game in 2000 and was manager at Peterhead.

I listened to Robins after game and thought he would be ecstatic but the opposite.
he obviously wants more. Haven’t read any posts about game yet….. Hagi Wright I really hope there is a good player in there but I can’t see at the moment

McInally left us together with David Bowman and both had stellar careers with Dundee United which no one would have expected when they left. I do remember that Birmingham game though. The zulus were out in force and half their team seemed to be ex City players.
