It's waiting for a hero and as long as the new people have a controlled plan like a Southampton, Swansea, Bournemouth or even Burton themail club can be developed and progress. Sometimes you have to let something break before you rebuild it, we maybe this case.

I think if they get 5 - 8 million they'll have done very well but I can't see anyone stumping up that much.
Problem is as soon as a sale goes through then their loss is crystallised and for now they retain a slither of a chance of this not happening. It also depends on how the rest of their portfolio is doing as to what the point is in keeping the club on life support. Either way this is not how a hedge fund usually operates.
Completely agree - the "asset" or debtor that they'd have on their balance sheet would not be a true and fair value.I think this justification is bollocks anyway. The initial cash invested would have been written off by now, anyway.
