The people that are moaning about a lack of signings are the same people that would struggle to put forward the name of a player we should sign.

I think under normal circumstances we would still be pissed off with last season and enjoying the break. But because we've signed Mowbray it's constantly been on everyone's mind. Like the season started a week after last season ended.

Everything about this club is slow, announcements, signings, stock, kit, contract renewals and many more...

Are we really believing this BS that were 'waiting for the right player'. Almost every club in the league is active at the moment and there are some good signings being made. Are there people in place at this club to draw up contracts, make up negotiations and to help get paperwork over the line or is it just up to Mowbray, Venus and the infamous Waggot. We get news there is a signing today and nothing happens....we get news of contract renewals and nothing happens. There back in training on weds FFS there's only about 6 of them.

Why the delay on stokes and Lawton, I can almost guarantee they've not had another offer and that they 100% want to sign so what's the problem? Not on holiday surely all they've got to do is sign. If were struggling to convince them straight away then what hope have we got of signing decent players.

Let's not forget it took tudgay to tell us he had signed, the club was a little late on that as well. As for kit there's no way it should have taken this long, should be in place ready before the previous season has ended, surely they will get more sales that way? They must have known for a good while what it looks like so why not release it on pre order?!

Another thing we were yet again the last club to decide our retained list this year. I'm Afraid that SISU are still not putting their hands in their pockets and that Mowbray is becoming another Pressley SISU puppet. Was really positive after the long negotiations TM and SISU were having I thought he had layed down the law and they had listened but the same problems keep propping up. And as for this BS about released players still being contracted till the 30th June....SERIOUSLY that is not a problem surely you can still talk to them and at least get them to sign a pre contract agreement.

This club will not move forward till SISU are out no matter who's is in charge of the team. Feel sorry for Mowbray and if SISU don't back him soon then I can see him walking before too long.

Shit. I thought that they paused the season for a few weeks to let us put a team together and to give the players a rest.

We've been crap for the best past of 50 years. Waiting a few weeks for the right players will be worthwhile.

Doesn't really address the issue with Sisu signing players late as a policy to post up Sisu's signing dates.

It all comes down to the players we get at the end of the day, but I agree with ptr that it's got it's risks, the main one being the complete inability to build a squad long term.

Let's see where we are in a couple of months, but I'm not sure anyone would be wishing for a rerun of any of those transfer windows, would they?

The budget promised to TM by SISU could be totally different to what he actually gets. Can a leopard change its spots?. Lets wait and see.
