It's to be expected to be honest. Which player wouldn't want to get to the top?
I wish twitter would go away though!

The answer is not to be on Twitter, full of self-absorbed tossers, don't encourage them.

Lack of ambition if he isn't aiming to be playing at the very top at his age

Twitter ain't the problem it's the people who translate stuff their own way and use it to abuse people over a game of football.

I've don't know any City players personally but Clarke, Christie, Bell, Cameron and Willis have all took time out to respond to me when I've tweeted them.

As for this tweet, I'm not sure what grounds you have to criticise a kid with ambition. Why should he settle for a turbulent club in L1 who's fans turn in a heartbeat? if a big club who could make him rich overnight came calling and heightened his chances of international football he wouldn't deserve the talent he was given by turning that down.

Tbh what saddo messages Christie something like that. Also the amount of people that tweet David bell stuff like, 'you're my fave player, we need you back' is amazing, tbf to belly he does always respond.

I'd rather have a player hungry for success than someone that thinks playing for a third tier club is hitting the big time.

Surprised his chat wasn't about Nando's, that seems to be the only eatery our young players go to.

Sorry, it's really early and I still have one eye closed, but who actually wrote it?

every young player should want to play for the best clubs. If I was Christie I'd want to play for Man Utd rather than be in a low-end League One scrap!

totally agree prodoc, the chap is being honest. Man Utd is the best team in the land which every young player should want to aspire to.

Moaning about a teenager aspiring himself to be better, wanting to be better, and having a plan for his career, he could chose loyalty or choose the bigger picture and be better than any of us Coventrians could!!

My favorite film is I.D,love it, doesn't mean I'm a secret Shadwell Town fan, personal choice

So is the entire tutoring part a lie, or true and you don't want to go into specifics?
