Past few days I have had,
Change of RO AD01 - Change of registered office address
Appointments AP01

Looks like something is happening, no idea what.

AP01 i to appoint a new director/secretary.

Often registered address's don't change. Unless for example it is being changes to a insolvency practioner, lawyers, or accountants.

Could something be happening and that is why they said we could have loans in by today, not knowing the date of finalisation? Not so sure myself, but would take a heavy defeat today if SISU were to be gone.

Nothing to do with the takeover.
