....the lack of a match this weekend. Feel a bit bad that I need my footy 'fix'. Actually busy as hell over the weekend, but still miss the build up to a match.

Hate it. Even if I’m not there I follow, or before that the wall, makes my weekend. I’m a city fan before almost anything else and a weekend where we’re not playing and everybody else is doesn’t feel right.

There’s always iFollow to watch re-runs of games, videos, etc. Christmas decorations and lights go up this weekend for me. Even my local team, Exeter, don’t have a game, so can’t pop down there. Plan my next trip up to Coventry in January. Hopefully the rest will be good for the team and they’ll come back refreshed and focussed.

One of the many annoying aspects of playing outside the upper 2 divisions is having to play in the FA cup first round and then having no game on the 2nd round weekend if you lose in the 1st round.

Still, by this time on a normal Saturday the game is over and we're having a pint and a moan so now 5pm's gone, it could be any Saturday.
