Just put "this is legally binding" in caps.

I am not a lawyer though

Don’t forget to add IDST to the bottom, I learned this at lawyer school

I'm not sure if @Grendel is a lawyer, but he's probably a legal expert. He's an expert in most areas.

Depends on the document. Signature and counter signature. Having it notorised could do what you want but that's without seeing what you are talking about. Any solicitor office should be able to notorise a document for a small fee.
