Bought my season ticket Thursday from the shop. The lady who served me tore some vouchers out the book with me thinking they're the numbers that have been used already this season. Get to the turnstiles today and boom no number 10 voucher. Had to go to the ticket window and get another reprinted. Guess what I wasn't alone in doing this. Add to that, we were shite, the ref was shite and lost in the casino... What a day

I posted a week ago that this was happening to new ST's being mailed out with one of the shop employee sitting there ripping out tickets for games already played i.e. 1 and 2 for the first two games at Sixfields and then numbers 14 and 17 for Gillingham and Yeovil. I suggested that as these tickets weren't going to be used again that he may as well leave them in the book and that he might have been put to better use for other duties but he said "it wasn't my idea".
The ticketing system is a total shambles, I wish it wasn't and it should be functioning to serve the long suffering and loyal fans.........but it's not.

When I bought my season ticket earlier in the week the lady serving was going to tear some of the vouchers out, but the lad serving told her there was no point as I couldn't use them anyway. I then went to the shop till to pay for some other items and the big lad was putting season tickets into envelopes, but he was tearing vouchers out first. There is no effective leadership in the ticket office.

why when they are struggling to get tickets out to people are they wasting time taking out the vouchers for the first 4 games that have gone it does no harm to leave them in there

No sense the club is run by fools and it seems to run right through the whole club.

Exactly, had to make sure that my mate's who bought season ticket's earlier had tickets taken out as well but nope, all there. Waste of someone's time. They could've been more useful sorting out the little bit of stock they do have

Still not had mine sent to me they ring me and leave a number which I call back when I have time and nobody answers it.
