Maybe TM thought the cost wouldn't provide the VFM he wants to produce across all areas of the pitch? Excel in one area to the detriment of another.
All about correct balance within finite resources.

Dont know if the skyblues missed out on jackson ..

Please say your joking sir, been there done that, in 30 apperences he only managed 3 goals plus think tm would of kept him on if his wages wasn't a problem and he could be more prolific. PUSB

Didn't he used to play in the PL? He'd have been a decent signing for us. Gutted.
