If so, showing to what extent you are in debt opens you up to undermining offers for key assets.

He nearly hit the absolute jackpot in 2023 having spent a minimal amount to nearly have a top flight club fall into his lap. As most football clubs are seen as ‘large’ companies, they also have to disclose the profit and loss figures for the period.
No they binned that off recently.I thought I'd heard that they were changing requirements in the Companies Act now so even some small companies would need to publish a P&L account
