And for all we know Joy could have everything ready to liquidate our club once she has her hands on the Ricoh.

As you can see Grendull anyone can make up crap like you seem to enjoy without the slightest proof. This is why hardly anyone takes any notice of what you say anymore.

Of course the company had cash flow issues, their anchor tenant first paid no rent, then left. Also their crowds had halved under the current stewardship, affecting the entire development.

Not forgetting though that because of the rent model their anchor tenant needed a figure of 22500 people just to break even.

And not forgetting that the anchor tenant was paying itself nearly £3m a year in management and interest fees.

As you continually bring up. But always miss out the real facts. Average attendance the season they took over was over 19,000. Average ticket shall we say £20. 23 home games a season. This is without cup games. 19,000 x 20 x 23= £8,740,000 Rent payable 1.2m Yet you always make out that it was the rent that put us in the shit. If the club had been run better this wouldn't have been such a problem. None of it was a problem caused by SISU. But letting the better players go and replacing them with players not as good but on high wages was. When they took over they still had 7.5m to run the club without cup games and merchandise sales after paying the rent. This is why it wasn't a problem at the time.

You're right it should have been better run. And so I presume then that the massive rent was a help rather than a hindrance?

And "This is why it wasn't a problem at the time". Rubbish, it was a problem long before SISU arrived. It was certainly a problem in December 2005 when the club tried to get the rent reduced. Make excuses for the stadium management company all you wish but it's not just "bad management" at the club that finds us where we are today.

I think you should go an read the accounts, ticket income was nowhere near £8.74m. The season we had 16,500ish the income was only £3.7m, plus you have to pay 20% VAT from that.

If this was the case the average ticket price was £9.74.......so are you saying cheaper tickets than anyone could buy or great accountancy?

I wouldnt bother Stupot, no one is ever as factually as correct as Astute when providing an alternative view.

Since relegation from the Premiership supporting the club has been fairly miserable. The whole championship experience was dire. Last season, from a home game perspective was dire.

Now, however, we have a real team. The best youth development since Dave Sexton and yet......

People gloat over a poll that for 70% of fans returning to Coventry is not the number one priority.

People declare they want ACL and the council to have a fair deal.

People are not angry ACL and the council are denying the club a play off place. There is almost rejoicing we are 10 points worse off and disappointment we are not relegation fodder.

Surely only one thing matters. Watching what seems a geniunely exciting team playing in Coventry. Whatever people want - wanting the team in Coventry is all that matters - surely.

Yet again talking absolute bollocks. Where in that poll did it say "vote yes or no that returning to coventry is the main priority" nor did it say "vote yes or no for acl and the council to have a fair deal"

Free tickets, adult seasons tickets in cheap areas work out out at about £11-12 per game, mine in the middle blocks was about £14 per game, concessions, JSB free season tickets for under 7's, and adult season tickets about £200, JSB kids ticket in the middle blocks cost me £4 per game, season ticket £3 per game. It's cheaper for those with disabilities and carers go free. Plus you take vat off.

So you are saying the majority pay less than a season ticket price to bring the average down so much? And yet I am still wrong by the usual suspects

Easy to work out really. For each STH there is a kid who pays £4. This averages out to £9 a ticket. Our kids must have deep voices.

Ooh I remember Access, never had one but I do remember them. I'd have cashflow problems if my tenants didn't pay the rent, they'd have problems as they'd be chucked out after the second rent payment was missed - my agents aren't very flexible on this.

Don't agree. We all know the problem at CCFC and that's SISU. They are the ones who have put us in this mess and taken us out of Coventry and we all know deep down that as soon as they find any player with potential and worth a few bob - my guess is January - then they will sell them to recoup some of the losses they've incurred since their refusal to pay any rent and take us to Northampton. When they have sold all the best, we will be back to square one looking to survive relegation to Division 4.

I quoted for the year they took over which was 3k a game more than the 16k you quoted.......and you know it.

It is good when someone knows when they are at least slightly wrong and admit it. Not try different wording or try to put other facts in the way. When I am wrong or even when I misquote something I admit I am wrong. Nobody can be right all the time. I am married. Point proven

And if SISU (Otium) were not our owners and the owners sold a player in January because they were offered ridiculous money you would find this wrong as well, fact of life mate if the big boys come in there is not a thing you can do except get the best money for your assett. not getting any money from the gate tickets so it has to come from somewhere

Now I will say this slowly so you understand, in all the various articles I read it said 500k rising to 750k on appearances which I believe Westwood achieved, as he played nearly everygame for us. I believe they put this down the article (it was alo on the BBC website) for the idiot to miss

Now who should I believe several newspapers, the BBC, and other news agancies or you who has the f*cking cheek to imply that people who dont believe you are idiots. Oh the irony from you!

You have still only got these figures from the papers and not from ccfc(they said undisclosed fee) and you have not given a link to cfc site to see if they disclosed how much westwood was sold for. As i said you can not belive any written in a newspaper.

You haven't proved otherwise. Yours is based on complete conjecture whereas the fee of £750k is based on something in printed media.

How much do you think the fee was then?

Took some doing... years 1-5 I couldnt find the frequency or wavelength, was a little like radio luxembourg used to be..... then 6-12 I established the bandwidth.... 13- 16 was like FM.. and now..20+ years= DAB all the way.. I hear it all loud and clear... but take none of it in apparently as I act/respond on little of it... bless her...

My wife told me the other day that I had only two faults; one was that I don't listen to her and the other was something else.

Not a lot as if you paid big money for something you would look after it, they never looked after westwood and he left, so i think he did not owe them much money and so they gave an extended contract to bell so their thinking was he is worth more, so maybe they paid more money for him

Why are we talking about how much westwood cost, i remember Grendel said we made a HUGE loss on westwood and quoted a newspaper headline of £750,000(undisclosed fee). Well as city must be loseing at least £120,000 per game at northampton, 6 games = £720,000 min Grendel has said that is a huge loss.
