Since 1962

Joy seppalla not been to see CCfc play

If there is a side to take in the next few months I know who has the city, it's people and the football clubs interests most to heart and they aren't a hedge fund whether they own our precious club or not!

She had been to see them play hasn't she?

We will see who has the club at heart when all the evidence comes out I guess?

I am die hard and haven't been to a home game all season. I was saying if there is a side to take over the next few months between a fan of 52 years or one who we've never seen at a game then I know who has the best interests of the club

I'm not convinced as a city ann has the best interest of the club at heart. She is in a position where she could've sorted this mess out and instead shafted the club

The same Ann Lucas who a fair amount of people slagged off for sticking to her principles and not going? That one?

The one who was in it just for the publicity? That one?

The one who was a grasping career politician who just pretended to have principles to get elected? That one?

Cracking quotes at the time including

Let her without sin cast the first stone. I'll bet any money that if MK starts banging in the goals and her "Beloved Sky Blues" feature regularly in the play-offs/automatic promotion spots, she'll be there. Do Labour politicians ever keep their promises ? In fact do ANY politicians !

Seems a tad hypocritical to me.

She feels that she can't go and watch yet I suspect that she will still follow it , read about it, watch it on telly, listen to phone ins, read the match reports so whats the difference really? Essentially she won't be visible at the games. Many fans on here live abroad or in other parts of the UK and can't get to matches that's how they support the club on a day to day basis.

All she has done now is made herself a bit of a target for some City fans who may give her some stick if/when she starts coming back to watch the game.

Shame Ms Lucas wants simply to leach of an issue that will get her publicity instead of doing her job as a councillor

Suprsingly nobody had ever heard of the councilor/politician before today - she's seen a chance to be on BBC One and has taken it. Classic pollitical bull shit.

If she's happy to ditch the club now - when let's face it, lot's of others have as well (attendances), then so be it but I hope she's not planning to attend if we are in with a shout of the play offs.

Enjoy your expenses.

fuck off lucas you bitter cow.

and ur that well known id never fucking heard of you until we signed King Marlon.

What is Ann Lucas trying to achieve by publicly slating the club? We're a football team - let us play football.

I left the names of those posters off, to protect the guilty...

I will however namecheck the likes of GPE who show great integrity in standing up to defend her then...

The other and far more popular view of course is that it's those sticking steadfastly to their principles that are the real 'die hard' fans....so maybe she is one after all.

Your on to a loser here.
I agree with you personally but the usual suspects will be out to get you now.
Oh and maybe I am not a Coventry fan ether for not going to home games for the first time in 40 years oh well better leave it to the next generation not really worth all the hassle anymore.

So... any decision AL takes will be in the interest of CCFC, is that right? Regardless of her position, duties, responsibilities, professional allegiances, personal allegiances, hatred of SISU or Joy, etc, etc, etc? You are on her side... Is that right?

No I am not on her side I am saying if we are wondering whose side to be on when considering who has the best interests of Coventry, it's people and it's football club I would take the side if the lady who has supported her club since 1962 rather than a woman who has no interest in the football club at all. Anyone who thinks joy seppalla , fisher, labovitch or waggott have the clubs interests at heart are deluded

I would think twice about trusting someone who has an emotional interest rather than a cold hard financial one! Perhaps I am a cynic!

No you will see business tactics underhand skull Duggery
To see who actually cares about the club I would go with a 40 year season ticket holder

I'm in the group that says when you've done your time you should be re-integrated back into society .

He was supposed to be a role mod l,but In all honesty a distasteful chap, made worse from being high Profile .

However i still think It holds ,commoner ,High profile, Celebrity ,politician all have the right to integrate back.

What I found reprehensible and the only reason maybe we should'nt have taken him was the awful " She Said Yes Marlon". Just dumbfounded

that folk could chant stuff likethat with a Stadium where Kids, Victims and the Lady folk are a part of the fanbase .
