just messing about. I'm please for JDS he's deserved it after his start to the season. This game shows where he lacks though, really showing his lack of athleticism

Don’t we have some strange fans eh.
Turn the tv on to watch one of the best wingers in football, give our fullback a hard time.
And sit and relish every minute, give yer ed a wobble and watch east Enders or something else.

To be fair he’s not been able to get forward at all. None of the goals were his fault either. Long night for him. If it’s any consolation he’s having a better game than the right back

I think he's not being allowed to get forward. Had 2 opportunities to get forward and overlap towards the end of the first half but was firmly planted on the halfway line. I suspect he's been told to stay deep and defend.

But agree, though he hasn't painted himself.in glory, he hasn't been at fault for any of the 3 goals and his tight marking has made Saka turn back and play the ball backwards on 2 or 3 occasions. Nothing special, but nothing wrong either.

Wouldn't surprise me if the coaching staff are worried about giving Saka too much room.

He's reminding me of his performance against Leicester.
Obviously pacy wingers are his nemesis, but he's not the first fullback to struggle at this level.

Wales must be glad they are not playing the mighty Sky Blues, otherwise it might have been the Old Seven.

JDS did himself proud & against Saka then Bowen/ Gibbs White. He will be better for the experience I'm sure of that.

Explains everything. Surprised it wasn't more than 3 with that central defence pairing.
