excellent goalkeeper in this league overall - defo in the top three keepers of course he has his bad moments but not as many as his fellow keepers

He still gets a lot of stick for some reason.... a few fans behind me at Shrews blamed Murphy constantly.....every cross in to the box was followed by 'Fu@* sake murphy, claim that' one of which the long/deep cross was no way near the box. I think he's a good keeper, especially at this level. Many people's views were made after he replaced Westwood, which was an almost impossible task, and have stuck to those views ever since.
