7th June - Pressley

“We’ve identified some targets and Steve Waggott will continue working on things,” he said.
“I believe we’ll get the right players in and we will be very active in the last two weeks of the month.”

If it was three weeks I would believe it!
It will be interesting to see if we do get new signings though.

if it helps, he said it on 7th, meaning the end of the month would be some 3 weeks away.

Reliant on many others (inc. Agents) but ...... think I'll just wait and see.

As players contracts don't end until 30th June no huge surprise.

I believe what SP says so let's just
give him a little time and space, feel sure he'll deliver.

As long as it's not....signed Prutton, waiting to hear back from a couple of others (oh.....and Wilson gone..."every player has his price" -) undisclosed.

That would NOT cheer me up.

We all know the Wilson money will not be used to buy anyone,Just a few journeymen and the rest in sisu's pocket to pay for the courtcase.
Wilson's fee will be undisclosed and the scraps who are not wanted will come here with Pressley and Waggot saying " He was our primary target".
I mean who wants to come and play at sixfields in front of 1500 fans?

Your right--it's called advanced planning. Mind with sisu's meticulous planning there is a long way to fall yet.

They come along every year now don't they.

Due to far better and extensive coaching/youth set ups players from the conference will become harder to find because they tend to get 'spotted' a lot earlier.

yet another "working hard" CCFC quote.

Under-18s Manager Darren Murray: "We'll be working extremely hard to make sure we improve on last season. We ended the season brilliantly but I know that some of the players can get better."
