I remember one of the ITK's a few weeks ago saying it could be an interesting couple of months if certain things fall into place. Could this be the start?

The directors of SBSL hadn't submitted their confirmation statement. Companies House is showing it as submitted today.

Well if SISU / ARVO add another charge to the club it doesn't seem to me like any takeover is in the offing, quite the opposite.

There has been a change:

The shareholders of SBSL have changed, a new entity called Scarba Limited seems to have taken over Sconset Capital's shareholding

As things stand all seems a non-story. We've been here before with people getting excited that the club is about to be sold and it never comes to anything so I'll need to see something more solid than this before I start getting excited.

Scarba Limited appears to be a northern Irish cleaning company SCARBA LTD people - Find and update company information - GOV.UK (company-information.service.gov.uk)

Looks a bit weird unless the filing is incorrect

To be honest I didn't know SBS&L was still going, thought that went with the liquidation of the other one whose name escapes me.

You just know we'd get Neil Wood tripping over, though - and pay a fortune for the privilege
