The shareholders of SBSL have changed, a new entity called Scarba Limited seems to have taken over Sconset Capital's shareholding

That would have been Coventry City Football Club Ltd.To be honest I didn't know SBS&L was still going, thought that went with the liquidation of the other one whose name escapes me.
The directors of SBSL hadn't submitted their confirmation statement. Companies House is showing it as submitted today.
