Every man woman and child in this country pays the cost of this. What the figures do not show is the amount lost when associated businesses and suppliers have gone bust because of these clubs. The loss to HMRC is far higher than these figures
It's the same with all big companies, the inland revenue know it costs too much and takes too long so end up negotiating a much lower figure. If you own a small business they straight on your back for any unpaid tax.
