The reasons against the Butts park are numerous.
The game of Rugby is far harder on the playing surface than Football, and if played on it on a weekly basis it would turn into a mud pile.
The police might not approve on the grounds that the area might not be suitable for increased parking and the congestion it may cause.
Would it have the capacity to hold the potential gates, away fans, and cup games ?
Would the "Football league" approve it as suitable, in the long or short term ?
The loss of gate revenue would probably be far greater, than paying the rent on the Ricoh, making the financial situation even worse.
No! the sums do not add up, not for me anyway, others may present a different view???

The reason I support Coventry City, is because Coventry is my home Club, I lived and breathed in a family with CCFC heritage, then I moved to Devon (Unfortunately), I will keep watching my club wherever we go..

Same with me in a way. Although I've wasn't born in the City and have never lived there my Dad was and took me when I was 7. I have always travelled home and away. I think if it was Northampton or somewhere like that then I'd go but not if it was any farther, but as I say I don't think it'll happen. I'm sure sense will prevail like it did with the last three games of the season.

I'm sure once the Administrator's report is released then things will start moving. Hopefully PH4 and Hoff and JE can then get their bid moving.

These clowns are expecting us to uplift from our magnificent stadium and support our team from vastly inferior alternatives is just beyond belief.

My fellow ST holders (6 at least) emphatically say no and I certainly will not comply with these pratts of owners even after seeing over 1,400 games and 49 years as a Season Ticket Holder.

If this nonsensical proposal happens my "new team" will be Coventry Sphinx who will get my full support every Saturday at 3.00pm.

Don t think it has to be him. I think if the mess is sorted, things are clearer and it looks like may stand half a chance of competing then the crowds will start well.

Personally I think I will go into hibernation until there is something tangible to get to grips with

As quite a few on here already boycott, it would probably be better to have a couple of different options. I.e

No (but I have attend regularly this season)
No (but I haven't attended regularly this season)

It would give you better idea of how many fans you would lose from the 11k average, rather than those that already abstain.

I don't go every week as it is due to living in Pompey these days. I would go as much as I go now, possibly a bit more if it's somewhere closer / easier for me to get to, possibly a bit less if it's somewhere north of the city and increases my jounery.

My take is I support the football club, not SISU / Council / Higgs / ACL and if the club are playing somewhere I will support them. However if they start talking about a permanent move out of the city I would think twice.

Think more people should wait and see where we are playing and what the arrangements are before they decide they're def not going!

i am preying that its a bluff by SISU and that they think they will not have to make this decision at the end of this debacle, life is going to be so difficult if SISU are still in ownership going forward.

Its an absolute relief that fans are voting in this manner. It may only be a small poll but if representative sends a clear message to the morons at SISU central !! It would mean gates of around 3,000 maximum and more like 2000 on a cold Tuesday in December !

We have certainly moved forward in the last few years. I remember when we were in the championship and didn't have a ground or a pot to piss in.

I know I will get Abuse

But I have already abdicated - I will not go to coventry games whilst Sisu are in charge wherever they play, I have supported them for 50 Years but Sisu have done my head in, a shambles

If they move no I wont go, but tbh if they stay at Ricoh and Sisu are in charge I wont go, the Football club has changed, I will support them through thick and thin as long as the people running the club have the club at heart - but not until

Cannot believe that our great club has been reduced to this!

Only a small Poll on this site but cov mad is running another similar with only 8% currently voting they will get a season ticket no matter. How many other small polls that we dont know about have also seen similar results.
Being generous maybe 1 in 5 will be going next season if it isnt at the Ricoh, will SISU pay any attention or is all this just a bluff?

So its a no from me until we sort this mess out now enoughs enough. On the results as at 14:02 on 24/4/2013 this coule mean the following:

(Assuming an attendance of 10k and the same pattern of responses from all of the 10k)

1145 people would definately move and if we assume half of the unsures would then this adds another 572 = 1717. :facepalm:

At the end of the day, im a 17 year old with no job or car. I wont be able to go anywhere else. SISU arent taking the needs and wants of the clubs fanbase into account
