The Flying Postman talks about how he got into football as a youngster growing up, his move to Coventry City from Swansea City, his memories of Highfield Road & the Premier League, the full story behind how he claimed the £10,000 pound first prize when he won the Rumbelows Sprint Contest in a time of 11.49 seconds at Wembley & also his career after leaving Coventry City who included playing for Walsall, Wycombe, Exeter, Cardiff, Darlington, Stourbridge, Kidderminster, Boldmere, Bath, Hereford, York & Willenhall. Have great respect for Willo. Not the most talented player on the pitch but with an attack of him on the right, Nuddy on the left and Rosario and Gallacher up front, every Coventry attack was exciting. And away from the pitch, he really is a down to earth guy. Had the pleasure of meeting him at a Football Supporters Association meeting one evening and again when he was at Wycombe. The day we went, he was getting treatment for a leg injury so wasn't playing but after the game, he took me, my Grandmother (another Willo fan) and a couple of friends into the players lounge. Spent a fair while talking about football in general and his time at Cov and interspersed that with taking the piss out of Lee Hendrie, another Wycombe player at the time who was sat at the next table

Genuinely a top bloke. Think he could talk about football for ages.
