Thought we had one but I can't find it.

If I didn't have a season ticket I'd be very tempted to stay at home today and watch the rest of the cup final, Warwick looking very good for a win here.

1st Bears final I have missed in years gutted I didn't go now! Superb win but it shouldn't overshadow a dismal championship season, in which they still could go down next week!

Watched the first innings and Warwickshire's bowling was quality! Much more entertaining than that shower of shite we had to watch this afternoon

Praying for a draw at lords today......

Somerset was my team when I was a kid......I was lucky enough to see arguably the most exciting one day county side ever with Beefy, Richards & Garner......up the worzels !!

It's gonna be close but not overly bothered who wins although I would like someone new to win it for once

Good effort by Warwick to ensure they're in the top flight next season. Will be interesting to see what happens over the close season. They were expected to challenge this year but its been poor. With an aging squad could we see a clear out.

Olly Stone is coming in but we need an opener badly shame that Jennings opted to stay at Durham, not sure if they went for Borthwick but he is going to moneybags Surrey. Rankin must be on dodgy ground.

Clubs in a mess needs a proper clear out but it won't happen as the fund aren't there to bring quality players in which will be needed on top of the mediocre players salaries that should be gone, not a lot of youngsters coming through which is worrying yet Worcester are producing talented kids by the bucket load. Worrying times.

Anyone else think it is only a matter of time before a player lamps someone in a major cricket match?

Watching the England v Bangladesh game yesterday and have to say, the celebration and taunting of Jos Buttler following his dismissal, was way over the top.

The pundits were saying he is usually such a calm and level-headed individual and that his behaviour yesterday was well out of character. He had to be restrained and was yelling obscenities at the Bangladeshi players before he left the pitch and then Ben Stokes confronted their players at the end of the game too.

I really think we are not that far away from punches being thrown.

I've seen England players do it too, go right up to players and taunt them right to their face.

Definitely been creeping in for sometime and the fear of course is that young kids playing the game see this and replicate the behaviour out on school pitches up and down the country.

Ben Stokes is one of the worst for sledging. It always has been 'part of the game', but it can boil over sometimes.

F*ck you Marlon!

The match referee or whatever he is called should deal with this. Big fines and suspensions and that kind of behaviour would soon stop.

The first day night test in England will take place next August against the West Indies at Edgbaston. Starting at 2 in the afternoon. Not sure about the idea but have to say I'm tempted to go over one night.

Here is the incident.

http://www.skysports.com/watch/video/sports/cricket/10612194/buttlers-outburst-at-bangladesh

Most of the Bangladeshi players appear to just be celebrating, but there are a few taunting Buttler a little too wildly after the decision in my opinion.

Umpires need to calm players down a little. It's fine to have exuberant celebration, but I do think they need to tone down the taunting, otherwise it could all get a little bit nasty. When you're batting out there it is 11 to 2. Can understand it more when they has been words between players during games, building up to such an incident, but I don't think that was the case here.

Anyone listen to r5 sport extra for the commentry this morning? had it on whilst driving to work. Jonathan Agnew's description of the dog getting onto the pitch and doing a shit had me in tears. Absolute quality radio if anyone can find it.

Pretty sure someone will have picked it up and bagged it to be honest. Otherwise it would be covered in flies by now.

Anyway, We really struggled today and set ourselves a very big target to go for and have to be careful that we don't get the follow on at this rate. An absolute masterclass by Purjara and Kohli yesterday and we really needed our top order to do the same but wasn't to be.

Uphill battle for the next few days here but lets hope we can hang on for the draw

Duckett looks like he's never seen a spin bowler before. Playing down the wrong line and off the back foot way too often to get away with it more than a couple of times. He needs to get some decent practice and the coach needs to be in his ear to get forward.
Lets hope the Ginger twins stick around until at least teatime tomorrow.

Yep. Tend to agree.

Be surprised if England get anywhere near 300.

To be honest in 5 weeks time when the series is over the first test will be the anomaly of the series.

Ashwin & Jadeja will teach us a damaging lesson.

I see the BBC live reporting cricket website has gone batshit crazy this morning.

Been following it on there as I am watching something else on the TV.

All was going well in the reporting stakes, but then suddenly it said it was 11.34 and 'that's all for today folks. End of play.'

Scrolled back and the previous hour was all 11 something, when it was clearly only 7 and the day only 3 hours into the match.

Then suddenly it was saying we were 244 for 8, but then a few mins later 251 for 5.

Someone at the Beeb got a hip flask or something?

Maybe that dog took over the scoring too. England well off the pace but thankfully took the early wicket. Been watching it since about 5 am when the cat woke me up!

Absolute mountain to climb and I don't think we have it in them to get 400+ on this wicket. Best we can hope for is to bat out the day but they will be throwing the kitchen sink at us. I think we will fold about 260

No way we will get anywhere near 400 on this wicket.

Don't even think 220 would be doable.

Would predict England being all out for 156.

No. I could never be that exact.

Great start for England and 40/0 at the moment, but we have seen this so many times. Teams get off to a really good start but then one wicket falls and the whole thing collapses like a packet of cards.

Hope I am wrong for sure, but do not think we will get anywhere near close.

Its going to need a few players having very good days tomorrow. We have a tendency to only have 1 or 2 players perform in each innings, do that tomorrow and its game over.
