Ajax have to develop their own players because they don't have the money to buy them.A thriving academy... most PL teams should be looking at why they are incapable of doing the same.

I think so.

I'm no fan of the premier league but Ajax beat Juve and Real who both have a significantly higher budget than Spurs.95th minute winner against a team on a fraction of the budget and having trailed for 99% of the tie
