Interesting article on basically a scouting app that allows players to register themselves with a mobile video of them doing drills. Scouts can then search by stats and whatever the AI pulls out of the videos and decide if they want to go watch them live.
Sold as a way for players in places without scouts to get themselves noticed as well as a way to cast a wider net.
