Who was the bloke singing in the concourse?

Did anyone stay?

My opinion
He killed the atmosphere stone dead on the way out.

when most of the fans either wanted to chant or have a bit of time to talk about the game. Couldn’t he have started 15 minutes later? Or just let us have a drink without his ‘input’.

Couldn’t you have just walked further down the concourse so he was out of earshot?

The club advertised it so I'm not sure what you expected.

The concourse seemed to be alive , when walking out .
So many people drinking & eating , just not wanting to leave , but still enjoy their day & another win ……
This is working massively in Doug & the club’s favour ….

Exactly. Another 50 metres round the concourse you could barely hear the singer.

All these people staying after the game are contributing to buying hamer back in Jan 🫣

Would that be the Hamer who's been shit for the Blades this season? No goals, 1 assist and stuck in the bottom 3?

And if he came back here as top earner, who would we leave out? Grimes? Rudoni? Torp or the championships top scorer BTA?

No thanks.

Pretty much the same thought process as you…no doubt it’ll be mentioned soon enough, just thought I’d get the party started

You forget the goal he scored from half way line at Birmingham. Albeit in the cup.

When are we ever gonna have all these players playing together. There's alot of games. As we have seen we are gonna have alot of injuries /suspensions...and fatigue will set in. We will need to strengthen in January. And we got 15% discount on Hamer.

I’d much prefer if we signed that Louza from Watford

That seems to be the answer. There is a God. Just wondering, as I didn’t hang around, how many stayed back? I’m sure it will become the norm but it’s a massive leap from when the Stadium was not ours.

I personally think that guys with acoustic guitars singing football songs is one of the most dangerous trends in the game. It inevitably ends up here:

He did look very good tbf, but again you have to ask who would you drop, because he cost Watford a fortune, he's on top wages. And wouldn't come here to sit on the bench.

One day every club will have one of these people. If you tolerate this, then your concourse will be next.

Why would be sign a top earning championship player who wouldn’t even start if the midfield have no injuries?

If we are making signings looking at a Premier League campaign as opposed to ones that will get us there in the first place then I wouldn't be looking at a guy who can't look after himself and has had one season there came straight back down and hasn't been looked at by another team since.

I would guess, assuming it wasn't in use for another event, that they're trying different things to see what works best and makes the most money.

The concourse is more convenient for most of us. Walk down some steps and you're there and more likely to buy a drink.
