More than soft, but the 'goal' should never have been disallowed; the defender instigated the contact.Thats a soft pen.. but you see yhem given, cant have ur hands around shoulder/neck in the box at this point in the game!

Regardless, you can't do this.It was soft, but you can't be pulling a man down no matter how much contact there was.
Saying that, is similar to the build up to the goal which got disallowed.
