Anyone else watching? Games have been entertaining but not always high quality. Ivory Coast v Cameroon was a cracker the other day.

Been a good tournament so far. Some games I fast forward to just goals can't lie but the ones I've watched have been fun

I like that there are so many potential winners

Nigeria if I had to pick as such a good squad but Morocco and Algeria look good.

Would like to see Nigeria and ivory coast face off again. One of my favourite ever matches back in 1992

I think Morocco went out very early; they weren't gone for long.

Here you go; report of the last game they missed confirms it.

Looking at the results, we won one, drew one and lost one without them.

Swedish right back. Changed his name to Corneleus or something like that.

ETA: to Antonelius, apparently. He thought Gustafsson was too common!

Wasn't it his wife's name and she was the last of the family so he changed it for that reason?

Think Senegal have looked far more likely.

Poor decision making right at the end there.

It's been enjoyable without catching fire.

Needs a goal.

This has turned into a complete farce.

We think refereeing is bad in the Championship, it absolutely nothing compared to this.

More than soft, but the 'goal' should never have been disallowed; the defender instigated the contact.

But fucking hell. This is madness.

It was soft, but you can't be pulling a man down no matter how much contact there was.
Saying that, is similar to the build up to the goal which got disallowed.
Modern day football is shite.
Embarrassing this is in a final aswell

Regardless, you can't do this.

Complain afterwards.

The pen got to be taken either way.

Both fouls incredibly soft but once given VAR isn't going to overturn since there is contact with the hands

Absolute farce what's happening now
