See: http://www.ccfc.co.uk//news/article/statement-from-adminstrator-883276.aspx

At the top he says the assets have been transferred. At the bottom he says:

"The Football League have been kept closely informed of developments and I am continuing to work closely with them so that the process of transferring the share can begin.

This will involve sending out proposals for a voluntary arrangement to creditors which will be considered at a meeting of creditors to be convened within the next three weeks"

So the main asset "the golden share" hasn't been transferred yet. His words not mine and he hasn't even got approval from the creditors yet.

So my reading of this is that ACL can still stop this and probably will. Does anyone else read this differently?

What voice of ACL, they seem very quiet at the moment to me, a lot on here seem to try to talk for them.
