Total disgrace. They don't give a crap about lower league football-after all, they've all but ruined it.

Come on then FL do as you promised us in your statement on the ground share -

"the Board's approval remains entirely conditional on the Club ultimately exiting administration in accordance with The Football League's conditions and achieving a successful transfer of its League share. "

CCFC Ltd have not exited administration so cancel your approval for matches to be played in Northampton

I'm not asking the league to back peddle or U-turn, just do as you said

Ahead of the 2013/14 League One season, with the transfer embargo still in place, many pundits have wrote off City's chances this season.

But, this has been described as 'perfect' by Coventry City captain Carl Baker who believes this serves as brilliant motivation for the squad.

...................

Bloody hell, imagine how motivated they will now be with a pointd deduction !. We are gonna win the league

Coventry City Football Club Ltd likely to be liquidated following rejection of administrator's CVA proposal
It is with great regret that a proposed Company Voluntary Agreement (CVA) has been rejected by Arena Coventry Limited (ACL).

It means CCFC Ltd is likely to be put into liquidation which is expected to result in a points penalty for the club going into the new season.

The football club and the Alan Higgs Centre Trust accepted the administrator’s CVA, but the City Council, through ACL, have chosen to reject it – leading to possible liquidation and the risk of a 15-point deduction.

The club will hold urgent meetings with the Football League this afternoon to go through the next steps for the football club.

Les Reid ‏@Lesreidpolitics I'm told Appleton said ACL amendments to CVA (rent offer etc) would invalidate CVA & should be separate negotiations
