Adidas leading the way in the PL next season. (3 Viewers)

In terms of kit suppliers for the PL next season go, Adidas are King with 8 teams. Arsenal, Villa, Fulham, Leeds, Liverpool, United, Newcastle, and Forest. The next is Umbro and Nike, with only 3 each. That's some advert for their brand. Especially with 5 of those 8 competing in some form of European competition.
I can't imagine us without Hummel now, I love the kits they've been churning out for us. But if a Hummel deal was to end, I wouldn't mind an adidas kit. With the shite we've had from Puma and Nike in the past, could adidas do better? Or would we be better with a lesser brand of Joma who could maybe suit our needs similar to Hummel rather than an "off the peg" shirt we'd get from adidas?
After being everywhere for a few seasons, Hummel only have us, Sunderland, and Wycombe next season across all 4 leagues.
In the championship, Macron dominate with 6 teams and Adidas only the 1. L1 is dominated by Adidas' little brother Puma who have 10 teams whilst Macron seem to be the best choice in L2 with 6 teams.

Adidas do make some really nice kits, but still think Kappa and Mizuno are probably the best around at the moment.
Hummel designs are good, but the quality sometimes isn't there

Yeah I like Umbro, but aren't they now owned by Castore?
Not sure if their quality has reduced because of it, but Castore were supposed to have some of the worst quality football shirts around
Yeah, Castore have been known to have quality issues. Think they just grew too fast and maybe couldn't keep up. Was similar with Macron a few years ago though, and now they're one of the top manufacturers and the quality is excellent. Suspect the partnership with Umbro will help improve the quality of Castore's shirts.

This year's Adidas kits weren't great TBF. The seasons from COVID unit now have been strong tho, arsenal have had some good nods to the 80s/90s

The best thing Adidas seem to do is their retro ranges.
Some of the Roma retro clothing since they've been back with Adidas has been really nice (and expensive)

Adidas is actually Puma's little brother.

Rudolf was older than Adolf.

Adidas was made as a brand first, then Puma after the fallout. Therefore Puma is a younger brand of adidas and therefore Adidas' little brother. I'm talking about brands, not the owners of them. But thanks anyhow

Nike’s kits have gone massively downhill in recent years. Bespoke Adidas kits are generally the best imo.

Any sponsor that isn’t castors and does bespoke designs for us is a win. Umbro could do a decent job given they’re a heritage sponsor.

Have a look at Adidas this season - all pretty much the same template!!!! (Some cracking bespoke training/leisure wear though!!!)
Forests blue away kit is a cheap and cheerful as it gets too!

Nice design that though. The Ipswich template is iconic.

Wouldn't buy something that isn't for a team though personally.

Let's be honest the quality of our tops are shite. Design tends to be great, but it's cheap shite.

I don't mind paying £50+ for a top, but at least make it decent quality considering you're cost is about 50p.

In fairness, if we got a Nike, Adidas, Puma or Macron we'd be paying £70+. £55 these days is cheap for a football shirt.

If I had a ticket I’d have bought that in a heartbeat.
