Looks very much like the key to playing rugby and football on the same pitch is the ground-staff not the amount of games - looking at the pitch tonight wycombe V Burton, pitch looks superb. You would not have thought only yesterday a competitive rugby match was played Wasps v London Welsh

I'm only interested in the Adams Park pitch if they have dug a hole in it to bury Anne Lucas in.....

Now there's a manager I'd take ,might even ask him to stick his boots on now and again .

Promotion In his inaugural season ,yet he's probably got a better set up where he already Is.

Last: Big deal. We are a 3rd division team. We get gates of less than 10k. Why shouldn't we be playing Fleetwood?

Wigan were non league 30 odd years ago. They won the cup. The cheek of it. Wimbledon won it after we did and they'd only been in the league a few years.

It's as much about Fleetwood's success as our failure as to why we're playing them.

Because that is where our owners have taken us.

No investment, No Interest, No Management, No Ground and no Trust from the supporters

But I suppose that's ok.

I take it all back thank god we are playing Fleetwood.
I suppose it could have been Nuneaton.... Oh well give it a couple of seasons who knows.

But I'm glad you are happy with it.

Like you're happy with stepping up to be Wasp's latest fan boy... or leaflet dropper for Lucas at the next election...

Good idea. Someone points out SISU's failures and you call them a wasps fan or AL's bitch. Looks like you're happy with SISU's progress. What a true fan you are, just not sure it's of CCFC though.

About as happy as you are Tony with the council's behavior in this.

Much the same as those who point out the council's failings and then get called sisu rent boys despite never actually sticking up for sisu.

So why are you belittling people who point out their failures? Surely you should be agreeing with them not being a cock.

Belittling them?

Wouldn't hurt for 'them' to occasionally make a reasoned comment for a change... you know one that doesn't smack of 'I love hating SISU more than I do CCFC'....

Right lets put the record straight.

I am not happy Wasps got the Ricoh, however I do not blame them for the mess we find ourselves in.

We did not want it.
Plan A, 15,000 seater div 1 ground somewhere but maybe nowhere.

What did LAST say that was unreasonable? Surely hating SISU because you love CCFC is only to be expected? Perhaps you could do us a list of reasons why I shouldn't hate SISU?

But I do hate them where have you ever made a rational comment oh yer Anne Lucus etc etc etc.

I have never hidden my hatred for Sisu and sorry but I am not going to apologise for it, because it has upset you.

When your priority is hating SISU over that of supporting CCFC then you need to reassess said priorities.

But I go to every game so sorry I do support the team but not the regime.

And as they are the ones that are killing our club I would have thought that would be every fans objective?

There is a difference between killing the club and just doing things you don't like or agree with.

They are culpable for some pretty poor decisions during their tenure.. But they are not alone in that regard.

Your refusal to acknowledge anyone elses culpability is your choice.

As a fan my objective is to get behind my team as best I can.

Getting back to the pitch state, up here in Wigan both Wigan Athletic and Wigan Warriors share a stadium that neither of them own, and that seems to work.

No idea of the rent each pay but they are both surviving, so it seems.

What about your denial that Sisu are the main reason for this complete fuck up. Did the Council, Higgs trust or supporters hate them from the beginning or did they bring that on themselves?

Sorry but that is all now history we cannot change what they have fucked up.

It is up to them now to get the fans back on side move ground strengthen the side as there is no one left now for them to blame.

With it being Rugby League the seasons only marginally overlap anyway.
